Our recipe book was original written for busy moms, so the focus is on healthy, but simple recipes, that are fast to prepare.

I love it, and am very grateful that I fell upon it on the internet.

It’s a friendly read and a big plus is how you describe the process, the changes, the feelings about food etcetera. This has given me more courage on my personal quest for optimal health. It has allowed me to feel like I am not alone as sometimes people around me don’t quite get what I want to do. I look at my ailing mother (85), and know she is a victim of living what is classed as a ‘normal’ life … an inadequate diet, medications, sedentary lifestyle … leads to alzheimers, arthritis in all its vicious forms and weight gain and other unnecessary ailments.

I was suffering some depression, I was overweight, had high blood pressure, was eating emotionally and generally did not have clarity in life. I began a journey for PEACE WITHIN. Through my own personal journey .. of exercise, learning how to eat balanced … etc … and educating myself with book, upon book … I realised that nutrition was the major key, the missing part in my book of life. I am not 100% raw (yet), but I focus on as much raw as possible, have dropped dairy, reduced meat, green juice and smoothie my way daily, exercise and guess what happened. No high blood pressure, clarity of mind, energy, de-aging my body. Find The Raw Food Family has been such a reassurance, a guide to health and well being and the recipes are outstanding. Thank you. Now I am 52 and feeling better than ever.

I definitely rate this as one of my all time favorite raw books because it’s so easy to follow the recipes, and they don’t cost an arm and a leg. If you’re passionate about raw food or want your children to eat more of it but you’re not sure where to start, this e-book is exactly what you need. I feel excited, not overwhelmed.
